Jatin Popat is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Qualified [FCS, LLB] from Mumbai. He is proprietor of leading Practicing Company Secretary firm viz. JSP Associates since 2004 providing professional services under FDI/FEMA, JV, Corporate Laws, IPR, Compliances, Corporate Governance, Legal Advisory. He is also Managing Partner of R.Ganesh & Associates which is one of the oldest Company Secretary firm catering largely to banking industry. Jatin is also professional director of KPO viz. eSupport Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd.

Jatin has overall experienced of 28 years. Prior to commence professional services firm in 2004 he has worked 10+ years with large listed companies including MNC as Company Secretary / Head-Legal / Compliance Head. He has also worked 10+ years pre-CS qualification Bank and SMEs handling various commercial, banking, accounting matters. He is member of ICSI, CII, BCCI and TiE.

Prashant is a CEO of a Global IT consulting company; Synoverge Technologies (www.synoverge.com) Pvt Ltd. Prashant brings 14+ years of industry experience and a successful track record in incubating and managing IT service lines with sales and delivery responsibilities for Tier – 1 IT companies. At Synoverge, Prashant's remit is to manage the profit & loss and drive strategy. His responsibilities include defining and implementing the company’s vision for growth, shareholder value, customer leadership and innovation. Prashant's expertise is in identifying KPIs required for enhancing the profitability and implementing plans to build a profitable growth for the business. He comes with strong sales and technology background coupled with pre-sales and operation management skills. Prashant started his career as a Research Associate with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad where he worked on key projects to do mapping IT to business needs. Subsequently, he spent over 9 years at Patni Computers where he was a part of the leadership team managing the Microsoft Practice. Prashant has authored two books:

• IT Portfolio Rationalization (with Tata McGraw Hill), and
• Migrating to .NET: A Pragmatic Path to Visual Basic. NET, ASP .NET and VC ++.NET (with Prentice Hall, USA)

Mr. Vipul N. Bhuta, Advocate – High Court & Patent Attorney, who is a Commerce and Law graduate from the University of Mumbai (Bombay) and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a Registered Patent Attorney with the Government of India and Registered Trademark Agent in Canada.

Mr. Bhuta has a vast corporate experience of over a decade in the matters relating to Intellectual Properties and other Commercial legal matters related to IPRs, due diligence, Commercial Contracts, JVs, mergers, acquisitions and spin offs before venturing into independent practice in IPRs. Today, he has a vast experience in dealing with all IPR issues both contagious and non contagious domestically and internationally. He is also a regular faculty on various seminars and presented papers on IPRs at India, Singapore, Hong Kong and USA.

He is the co-founder of firm “ADITYA & ASSOCIATES” (formerly known as Ess Vee IP Bureau) which is one of the leading law firms in India specializing in Intellectual Property practice. He is a member of INTA, APAA, AIPPI, AIPLA, ECTA, IBA and FICPI.

Mr. Keyoor Bakshi is a graduate in Commerce & Laws and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has held the position of President of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and he is currently President of The International Federation of Company Secretaries.

With over 30 years experience in the areas of Corporate Laws, Finance and Management, he brings to the table expertise in Corporate Governance, Corporate & Securities Compliance Management, Due Diligence, Mergers, Acquisitions & Takeovers, Public Offerings of Securities, Syndication of Debts and Appearances before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board and Consumer Forums. Independently, the Director of various companies, Mr. Bakshi is also a regular Speaker at various seminars and conferences in India and abroad. He advises LegalJini on M&A strategies and matters related to Due Diligence for M&A matters.

Krishna Unni is a Non-Executive Director at LegalJini Law Services.

Unni has a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Bombay. Plus, 30 years' experience in advertising planning, account management, direct marketing, personal selling and entrepreneurship.He is an Open Source Software enthusiast, and a keen dabbler in Content Management Systems, Social Networking, and Community Building. He loves marketing on the Internet and more than anything he loves to teach what he knows to clients and colleagues around him. He is a marketing geek, who is dexterous with both technology and communications.

Unni and his able team at Pigtail Pundits, are responsible for the design, architecture, communications, marketing ideas and the build of this site for LegalJini. He also actively trains folks at LegalJini on Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Email Marketing.
